Sir Peter Jackson, director of the "Lord of the Rings" series etc has produced a new film to mark the centenary of the end of WW1.
They have taken stock footage, slowed it down, added sound and colourisation using computers and the result is pretty amazing.
They used professional forensic lip-readers and identified the regiments from insignia and then used actors to get the accents correct.
They have also added commentary from veterans recorded by the BBC in the 1960's.
It's being shown on BBC2 tomorrow (Sunday) at 2130.
Some might find it interesting and even if you aren't into the history, seeing WW1 in what looks like modern footage is pretty spooky.
