Average Age of an F Type or Sport's car Owner
Probably more over 50's as, if like me, can't remember if already voted or not

So we have the early adopters - the 40 somethings who are in a fortunate position to spring for one - the 50 somethings who think sod it, it's now or never - and the 59+ who either think what have I been missing, or that was rather good, I'll have another

Well, I'm a 59+ who doesn't fit those two categories! I fancied a further Jaguar upgrade from 2001 XK8, 2004 XKR, and 2010 XKR. Had to be a V8R, I couldn't go backwards from the 503 bhp XKR ...

I had a new 400 Sport at age 50 and then got a new SVR at age 51. What on earth do I get when I’m 52?!

@ Lunar,
If the 40 somethings are "fortunate enough", the under 40's and especially the guys in their 20's are super-fortunate. Imagine living out the best year's of your life with a car like this.
Back in the day driving an F Type (even though they were not around then), was Science Fiction for me.

Yes indeed - jealousy was the reason for not mentioning it

Had my V6 coupe at 27, sold that and bought my V6S drop top at 28! It's one hell of a car to have at my age. Had my first sports car (original Z4 at 23) and couldn't be without one now! We're all very lucky to be able to experience these wonderful cars. Now I'm just wondering when I should trade up to a V8R..
