I am in a relatively remote area, on the edge of a national park. There are some isolated cases in my area. But the big problems are in the south near Belgium and in the centra near Utrecht. Both as a result of 'carnaval' a catholic drinking party mostly popular near the Belgium border. Intense contact among large groups of drinking and dancing people : the best condition for viruses to spread.
