I’ve noticed in the sun, that the right side flank of the drivers seat, the leather looks “ weathered” or discolored, I attach a picture, to see if anyone recognizes this strange occurrence. The car was bought new only 5 weeks ago🤔. Any advice greatly appreciated

Not seen before but might be residue of some sort. Gentle clean autoylm leather clear then feed with their leather cream and see if it comes back...

That’s where you drag across the bolster as you get in/out. It’s a tight cockpit so it’s hard to avoid. Do you wear a belt that rubs there? It looks like a residue.

It is probably the seatbelt rubbing while you're driving.
I have seen several cars with similar less or more scrub.
Mine has it lightly too, although I am being generous with leather conditioner
