Common forum issue at the moment with Phototbucket holding people to ransom to pay for their service
Photos need hosting elsewhere or uploading direct to the forum

Can you just open a second account with a fresh email address? I'm nowhere near capacity on PB but it recently refused to upload a video beyond 90% so used youtube instead.

I upload direct ... Simply select from the photos in your device (tablet/pc/phone) and that's it ... HTH
