Some great pictures of all our lovely cars, but...... would maybe some "action" photos would look better? When my son was visiting last weekend, he persuaded me to go out onto a quiet country lane, where he stood with his camera at the roadside, while i drove backwards and forwards a few times. The objective was to have the background and the wheels slightly blurred, but the car sharp. It was easy to do, and I only drove at around 20/30 mph, and i was pleased with the results, and thought it worth the small effort involved. Action or stationary? What do you think?
"Action" photos?

Thats really interesting, I liked it with the forest autumn colours, but now I've seen it with the background greyed out, I think i prefer it like that. Great idea. Thank you.

Hi Kaspa,
Yes, I love it. I didn't realise it would be such fun, it still puts a big grin on my face every time i go for a drive.
Im an old man, so I went for the 340 (more than enough performance for me) and the 18inch wheels (for a more comfortable ride, over looks and performance) And I'm very happy with the spec. i chose.
Cheers.

I prefer the first picture, not because of the movement but because of the side of the road the sat is in. In the second the woods and car are dominated by the black tarmac
Nice car and lovely pictures

Nice photos Bob, and yes implied movement always looks better.
... but it doesn’t look like it was raining, so roof should have been down - and that naff looking wind deflector left in the garage
