Great color and photos!
Could you maybe tell us more about the MY20 V6 sound, is it as castrated as the V8 or does it still sound pretty good with the new particulate filter? Does ist still pop and crackle?

This is my first F-Type so I have nothing to compare it with. I’m also driving it gently whilst everyone beds in. But what I will say is that towards the end of my first long journey, I accelerated onto a slip road up to about 3.5k and let off as I reached the top and as I did the most amazing crackles and pops fired out of the back. It was brilliant! Definitely doesn’t feel castrated to me...falkenhayn wrote: ↑Thu May 30, 2019 4:18 pm Great color and photos!

Thanks for your impressions. My new P340 will arrive pretty soon so I'm curious about that. It's good to hear though as another guy I know said the same so I guess fortunately the V6 wasn't changed as much as the V8.
I will also share photos and my impression as soon as my F-Type arrives.

Blueone, when did you place your order for this in Portofino Blue. I paid my deposit back December 1st and was only told in March that they were able to select the colour and secure the build due to the colour being brand new.
Interested to hear how you got yours so soon.
Ah so I’m not the only one! 25th October! Jaguar were absolutely hopeless and I lost a lot of faith in them as a company given the 7 month wait. You can read more about the details of my wait here:Mosteckyj wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2019 7:45 pmBlueone, when did you place your order for this in Portofino Blue. I almost walked a way on a couple of occasions because the changing of dates was ridiculous. Zero customer care from Jaguar (the dealership was great though - not their fault). Mine was meant to arrive mid June but I got a call in May saying it was almost ready. Hopefully you’ll get a similar call very soon.
