Phone sound breaking up?

I have a problem with the sound coming through when using a phone via Bluetooth? The sound breaks up. Music streams no problem, my phone in other cars no problem? Anyone had or have had this? MY2013 V8s Convertible.

No, but i'm not exactly gushing with praise about the speaker phone set up in the car. I think that it's a combination of a not so great quality mic and just the level of noise inside the car generally. And of course the whole thing is even worse when the tops down due to wind noise etc..

The Bluetooth phone set up is really great in our Honda Civic so makes it even more disappointing when travelling in the Jag.
