1st service was 3 months after the due date, the second was 1 month after the due date. As you have mentioned Aitch, both are before the 16,000 mile service.
I'm still waiting for Customer Service to get back to me, they promised to ring me last Thursday.

I was warned by Jaguar Bradford not to be late with my first service, either 12 months or 16,000 miles. The log book said it was first reg 2/12/16 but when they did a printout of the original order form it was first reg 18/11/16 !
They were adamant I get it serviced before the 18/11. Don't give them a excuse to knock you back on a warranty claim.

White MK3 Focus RS.
Just checked my online service history and there's a worry! My car had a PDI at zero miles 05/06/14; 1st service at 6.100 miles 30/07/15 nothing in 2016 then 2nd service 10/05/17 at 15.186 miles. That last one performed by the dealer I bought it from as Jaguar Approved. So it went 9K miles and almost 2 years without a service but still Jaguar deemed it Approved.
Mines slightly odd too - PDI at 1 mile 30/06/2014, then the warranty starts from 02/09/2014 (assume it’d sat in the showroom for that time?)
Then next service on 22/07/2015 so almost a month late but well before the warranty start date anniversary, then serviced again 28/07/2016 and then again 15/06/2017 just before I bought it (and MOT’d same time)

Jaguar have agreed to pay for 70% of the£12,000 cost of repair. Apparently the fault was a broken drive chain caused by lack of lubricant.
As it was only serviced in June, I'm going to look for compensation from the garage. Do any of you think I've got any chance of succeeding?
