Haven't seen any others to compare.

Bronze was on early models. They soon realised it looked tacky and phased it out.
I replaced all with silver (starter, mode switch and paddles) all available from dealers, but in my case I picked up a new SVR wheel from eBay

Just looked at a 2017 V6S with bronze flappies. Though when they started confusing us by calling them RDynamics, they dropped the bronze.

you can get aluminium, bronze & black starter buttons (maybe some other colours if you go aftermarket, or use the other JLR vehicles as a parts bin)
really easy to do, trim pops out in 5 seconds, button then unclips from behind

10 mins max, plenty of videos online
