H136 Outstanding Campaign - Pass by Noise

Just checked Topix for another thread and my VIN now has an outstanding campaign flagged on the front screen in red text.

Anyone any ideas or been to a dealer recently for any work where it might have been noticed?

The outstanding campaign flag was not there a couple of weeks back so presuming something new.

I can confirm that the Service Action H136 is a requested repair and the next service opportunity at a Jaguar Land Rover retailer.

It has been identified that the vehicle pass by noise level may not conform and the vehicle may not always default to standard drive program on start-up.

I think I'll wait until service in May and hope they don't make it quieter!!

Seriously, WTF does this bulletin mean?
Start up noise?
Something else?

Personally, I really like the LOUD start up at 7am.
I'm louder than the M6 a few doors down, but not quite as loud as a motorcycle on the other side of the road.

Had some elderly 'gentleman' shake his fist at me once because of the noise when I started her up.
