Thanks for reply, I;m trying to remove the panel to access the seat belts with a view to swapping them, I cannot figure out how the panel removes, so if you can throw any light on how to I would be grateful, searching the internet has not thrown up any results for me.
Cheers Stu.

From what I have just looked at this is called "passenger compartment rear trim removal" section although I could not find any specific instructions for accessing the main seat belt housing (which is where the pretensioners, explosives are etc). Note the seat belt system is also connected to the airbags and various other safety systems and includes pages and pages of warnings and references to other procedures and specific torque settings and access to structural components of the vehicle the restraint system is attached too.
I personally don't want to post something that might be wrong, none model specific or result in issues or safety issues further down the line. Other members may wish to assist at this point but I am bowing out.... (gracefully I hope).

Thanks, just forget about any mention of seat belts, Its the panel that's the problem if I can remove that I can at least access the situation behind it before deciding on any action, just cant figure where its held in??????

This thread on the “US” forum has some photos with the panel off that may give you some indication of what’s behind the panel.

And here’s a link to few pics of the panel and shelf location pins which may help in removal.

Kev, thanks, in the first link the pic shows the panel still in situ (very RH of photo) so it is a separate piece and not either of the items the breaker is selling.
Proving a bit elusive to find info on this
