Right side rear Fuse box

Hi, my horn has stopped working, so the first thing I wanted to check is the fuse. The handbook says it's F3 15A in the rear right fusebox. I'm struggling to find that fusebox, I found the luggage compartment easily enough by removing the battery cover and boot floor. Do I need to strip out all the carpet on the right hand side of the boot to access it?

According to my MY18 manual that fusebox is on the right under the bonnet. Did they really re-situate fuseboxes between model years?
