Great Service and Customer Service

My 18 plate 400 sport has just been serviced. Being a grumpy mature gent it is not often I give praise. However this time I feel it only fair as the customer service of Harwood Jaguar Chichester was the best i have received in 15yrs of Jaguar ownership. A list of snags resolved without question. Drivers window replaced, rear valance alignment corrected, boot seal corrected and internal grab handle ordered (frayed stitch). Pictures taken on arrival and handover to inspire customer.
