After struggling for months with the Jaguar Route Planner App that did work but now consistently has my car in the same fixed position in the middle of nowhere, the solution appeared rather easily.
The Jaguar App works in the cloud and in order for it to know where you car is , you have to be signed into your Jaguar Account so it gets the update. Unknown to me the cat had signed itself out , so no signal was being sent back the app in the cloud. Apparently this happens quite a bit, especially after updates or services. So you wouldn't have done anything to affect the change
Sometimes when waiting at traffic lights the Infocentre comes up with a " sign in" notice or go to the profile section and check if you are still signed in. Once signed in the car updates - the App works and all is minty mint
