Each time I lock my car I have to press twice for double locking to arm all the alarms. This is according to the manual and works ok. But sometimes I forget to double press the fob (double lock) and then only part of the alarms are armed. Someone can smash in a window or tow away the car without anybody noticing....
Is there a way to directly do a 'superlock' with only one press on the fob (single lock)?
Can I arm all the alarms with single lock
Single press locks, ideal for ferries etc, double press sets volumetric, tilt, deadlock, fuel cap locks and alarms.
No shortcut I'm afraid.

I always double lock mine - I guess it must sense when the roof is down and not set the volumetric - or maybe mine's broken
...only ever leave it roof down on the drive at home.

I'm assuming that double locking is not really neeeded for the COupe - ie it's all closed anyway

When there's an option to increase security by a double press of a button I'd always take it.

In a coupe (and convertible), when you double lock it, the doors cannot be opened through a smashed window using the inside door handle.
