Software update "content blocked"

I am really riddled with this one...

It says the content is blocked [ satnav screen in the car]..

What is happening ? Just got it back from the dealers..

Surprised they didn’t install 19B as this was what I had installed last week to enable SOTA

Check topix for any outstanding campaigns. 19B was installed as part of campaign H232

Check : they didn't put the last version.
