Web browser in 2019 spec in touch pro system

Hi, can anybody tell me if the 2019 spec pro system has a web browser. I have looked in handbook and there seems to be a tab that says web browser, but I can’t find it on any of my menus.
Also the car has a voice/ Speech button on the left of steering wheel but when pushed just seems to mute the radio. Any advice would be most welcome as I am still trying to find my way around the many menus and features of the car.

Maybe the voice/speech button is for Android Auto / CarPlay. I have seen a video from Jaguar USA where they push this button and Android Auto/Car play respond. I don't think this will be available in the UK anytime soon (or in the EU). Hence see the poor number of apps that are supported in the Jaguar apps app on your phone. Even Spotify is not available through this app, they removed it end 2019.

I imagine that more functionality is very much country dependant...

Aard, thanks for the reply. My I phone does not support Apple car play so I will just ignore the button.
