Yes a good system but not a great one. I also wonder if you have a fault. On mine I have the bass, treble and sub roughly half way lower than mid position. Too much sub or bass just dulls the tone.

Maybe take your music source and try another at the dealers and then you can show them the issue, it's not a bad system just not as good as it could have been, so I expect you have a duff speaker or 2.

Thanks simpleR I will PM you my reg and yes it is the touchpro without any side buttons.

I did actually think initially that the one or more of the speakers were blown the first time I listened to it and I probs should have a look back at the dealership Philskill.

Annoyingly the dealership is in Slough which is a couple of hours from me :/

There are no updates showing as available for your car. However you have full manufacturer warranty until October 2021, so if its as bad you think/say and have ruled out source media as the issue then, you can take it to any Jaguar main dealer for free.

Suggest you get booked in at your nearest one and let us know what they find out.

Sorry, I have been looking into other member queries. Your car states "HIGH PERFORMANCE AUDIO SYSTEM" however this raises a question.
Does your front door speakers says "Meridan" OR "Surround Sound" on them??

TOPIx shows my 380W Meridian as "BRANDED SOUND SYS (3)" while the 770W one is BRANDED SURROUND SOUND SYS(L4).

Hi SimpleR this is strange...my speakers say "MERIDIAN" with "Surround" underneath. I was told by the dealership who sold it to me that it was the 770W system. I hope this was not a lie

If it says surround then it is 770W. All good. Hope you get it sorted.
