I have an android phone and as far as I can see, despite numerous uninstall and reinstalls, the only version that downloads is 2.1.0 . I only have 3 dots in the More section and with the small gear shaped vehicle settings with no sub menu.
Any of technical folk out there who can advise how to get the newer 2.3.2 version.ALSO I cannot get the Car to start on remote.

I deleted the old app, and downloaded the new version. It copied both cars with VIN and all, no hassle !
That a novelty with JLR...
Only 2.1.0 also..

I’m using Apple so the App version for android may be different?

It isn't a service reset, it's a mode for when the vehicle is being worked on so it doesn't trigger InControl theft warnings.
ok. well mine doesn't have that, probably because I don't have the tracker element to my in control subscription.

The app should work as long as you’ve set up in control with your details and ‘added’ your car to your account. It takes 24 hrs to sort itself out on the jag servers and then you should be able to log on and use it

Sorry, we could not find your vehicle. This could be because the vehicle does not have InControl services installed, or because the VIN was mis-typed. Please check the VIN and try again."

Sorry, mine came with in control services valid for 10 years so assumed all did. Maybe someone on here with a MY15 could help?
At some point in production they changed from in control to in control pro (2017 I think) so maybe older cars don’t have it as standard?

CS9 if you PM me your reg I will check if your car had InControl features when it left the production line.
