Yes it left the factory with full black pack so this is quite bizarre.

Is it same both sides?

Wow bit more than expected.

I have taken it up with the jaguar dealer but they have been thoroughly unhelpful so far.

They also got the car's spec and milage wrong so it wasn't a pleasant process for a few reasons
