Exactly, S20C is just an obsolete old version.

If I recall correctly there was also a 21A before the current and latest 21B. I guess the numbers are the release year and the letter after the year an alphabetic sequence. Fingers crossed that there will soon be a new 22 version with some useful changes.

Never stop believing. I was actually surprised that 21B came out... I thought they had stopped updating the system and only focused on pivi pro.

Not sure what else 12B did but for me the most important thing was that it corrected a software glitch from 21A.
In April/May, 21A caused CarPlay navigation and Waze to stop speaking turn by turn directions.
21B fixed the problem that 21A caused!!

i was amazed, having been told by Customer Services that my car couldn't be SOTAed, when it updated a couple of weeks ago. It did have a new Telematics module just after I bought it at a year old, so maybe the new one was SOTA enabled while the old one wasn't. Ho hum.

I don't quite understand these software versions. Mine says 19C and it was only built in November. It also says no updates are available if I tap the option to check.

Now that's odd. Does the online stuff work and do you have SOTA enabled?

Unless that's the version of the satnav software, which seems to have separate versioning. Perhaps you have another version and update option further down on that page? This is what mine looked like right before the last update:

Online stuff works fine.
I'll check SOTA when I'm sitting in the traffic tonight. But if I ask for incontrol, car or map updates on the screen button it says I'm up to date.

Will most likely need sorting by Jaguar - mine had the same problem. IIRC, you can ask for it to be fixed over the phone as it's possibly a setting on the database somewhere in the backend. Mine was sorted whilst it was in for its last service, on my request.
