Remote Climate / Start

Hi, I don't see remote climate/start tab in my remote app.
I have only "door lock and "beep & flash" tabs.
Is this feature limited to certain countries only? Or do I have to download a different app version? Or any other hint? Thanks.

Some countries don’t allow the remote start Belgium for one as I only have the functions you mention

Have you paid the annual subscription. I think I only had limited functions until you subscribe then the others work

I think it is £36 per year - easiest way is to contact Jaguar customer services. If the car is logged to someone else they can sort that to at no charge - my local dealer wanted to charge me £80 to do it !! Need to send them a copy of V5.

Which version of the app do you have, there's an old V1 and a newer (but not IMO better) V2? For the V1, beep and flash is on the first screen, remote start is on the second (swipe left to access).

I have both V1 and V2, non has the remote climate application.
Maybe I should try to change my residence address in my JLR account

I have Version 2.3.1 for my 2017 V6S Coupe .
The Remote Start is there and works sometimes, more often it says that there is an error but worse still if the car has not been used for a while it will say that
"Climate is disabled as the time for running has been used. The next engine start will enable climate. "
This morning I drove it at 9.52 and now 12.58 the time has expired.
Therefore this feature is not of much use if I cannot warm the car up , whilst laying in bed on a frosty morning.

I have version 2.5.2 on my iPhone and it seems to work fine - occasionally times out on remote start if phone signal isn't great but other than that no issues

If your can is in sleep mode, then it will not show on the latest app. Car has to be awake for the romote start to show.
