Heater/aircon panel removal?

Anyone got a clue how to remove the heater control panel? One of my 3 knobs has stopped working. The left knob still does the temperature (not 2 zone climate) and the middle still does the fan. The right knob has ceased to do anything.

From memory, you prise off the panel above the infotainment screen, then undo the screws holding the infotainment screen surround, then you should be able to see how to get the surround of the ac knobs off.

Then you can unscrew the unit with the knobs on it.
