Sat nav off line

Good afternoon guys,
I collected my F type Friday, traded in MY20 Xe
I’ve inserted the new sim and followed the on screen instructions, I have the bars and G4 comes up on the centre screen, all looking good. However when you access sat nav and put in a destination, it takes forever to find and says proceed off-line. There must be something I’ve overlooked, it asks to sign in with my e-Mail address and password which I do, it then says, there’s a problem Jaguars End, I’m a little confused.
Do I need to register as a new customer with a new sim? Any help fully appreciated.

Are you on the Incontrol Pro and not the new Pissi Pro thing?
If you are check your incontrol account has the new car.
Also remember to add the car to the "Here" site where your nav upodates come from.
That can take 24hrs and I recall difficulties signing in until that was up and running.

Mine wouldn’t work straight away, left it 24hrs and it all appeared and worked fine.

Im on the same as the XE ( not Privi!) but touch Pro, I’m set up on the in control and remote app with the new cars details, it maybe delayed ( bank holiday and all that), I’ll wait until Tuesday and see if it’s set it self up. Thanks PhilB & Gus, have a super BH
