Steering wheel auto adjust

Checked the driver and vehicle settings, the auto adjust isn’t there, I’ve rung the dealers and they want it in to do diagnostics. They told me they haven’t worked on many Ftypes so it is a learning curve for them too!

The dealer has confirmed there is nothing wrong with the car. It was my misunderstanding that prompted these questions.
For information, the steering wheel only moves upwards when opening the door, it does not retract to the dash position. I drive with the wheel in the high position so was not aware of this feature. I use memory 1 button for driving position and memory 2 button for exit and entry, this works for me. Thanks for all the help.
