Hi, I've found recently that one of my headlamp washer jets stays out after use. I carefully tried pushing it back in, it did that OK. Can anyone advise if it's an easy fix; is there a spring return broken or something? I'm not sure how it works, I can only guess.
Or maybe a dealer repair under extended warranty?

My left one retracted, but not all the way. My dealer adjusted the front bumper panel to get it right.

Yes, it's just one of mine that doesn't go back down. I'll take it in for investigation.

Reviving this old thread since I have a similar issue. On the few rare occasions that I've used my headlight washers I noticed that one of them sticks out ever so slightly after being used. It's like it's a bit misaligned so that the cover gets caught on an edge of the hole it comes out through. A little prod makes it pop back in place.

Did anyone get this kind of issue fixed? I see scm mentioning adjusting the bumper... is that the solution? Since my bumper is more or less perfectly aligned I'm a bit reluctant to having it adjusted in any way.

It worked for me, done under warranty. The alignment isn't perfect in a number of places, but I can't see that when I'm driving, and driving is what's important to me!

Hot air gun applied to the stalk when it's deployed, and gently-gently bend the stalk for better alignment...damn site quicker and easier than removing the bumper or paying a dealer to do it!

Now that's an interesting idea. Is there anyway to deploy it and keep it fully deployed though?
