Blind Spot Assist Not Available

This warning message keeps coming up. Sometimes mid-journey. Nothing obvious blocking the sensors/camera etc. Anyone else have this? MY2021.

Also, the Blind Spot Assist system does not work accurately if:

The radar sensors are misaligned due to bumper modifications, impact damage, etc.

The rear camera becomes affected by adverse weather conditions e.g. dense fog, heavy rain, or snow.

Not saying this will make any difference but if none of the above apply, you could switch the Blind Spot Monitor system off (Blind Spot Assist system will also switch off) via the Driver Assistance instrument panel menu. Then switch it back on again.

When selected, the Blind Spot Assist system must then be activated. Press the Advanced Driving Assist System (ADAS) button located in the lower switch panel on the driver's side of the fascia to activate the system.

Had it happen once on my XE while driving, cleaned everything the next day, never happened again. Never saw anything while cleaning and it may not have had anything to do with it but suspected something was just interfering somewhere.
