Failed GSM Antenna warning from Incontrol

JLR Incontrol keep telling me that the Tracker alarm has been set off by a GSM Antenna alert. This has been happening for about 3 weeks now (about twice daily) despite car being at JLR main dealer and they were being tasked with fixing it.
Paid nearly £900 for fitting of new antenna and collected car on Thursday evening. Its now Saturday, and guess what...Get alert from Incontrol again this afternoon saying GSM antenna fault!

Any ideas so I can tell Sytners when they reopen!

Also, since about November 2022 my SIM card reader has seemingly been unable to use my SKY SIM card whether its from my phone or other phones we have with SKY.

JLR dealer say nothing wrong with SIM card reader as it works with other SIM cards they use. Is that technically possible?

sorry for bring up this 'oldish' thread but did the replacement of the antenna solve this issue in the longer term?.
I have been advised by JLR Incontrol that i keep "pinging" them and it also shows a GSM Antenna Alert.
Booked into a dealer for diagnostics - its under warranty
