Trim removal advice wanted.

Forgot something!

The 1/4 glass can move back and forth in its fixings (Slotted for alignment) - Take some ref measurements from the trailing edge of the window to the leading edge of the 1/4 glass before you take it pieces.

All done, it took just under 2 hours. I had to take the trim back out as I forgot to shove the emergency boot release cable back through the trim.
I was going to leave it, but you never know. I might lock myself in the boot some time.
Hatfields quoted me £440 + Vat to fit the trim

Not too bad a job at all is it - £440 for that, we are in the wrong line of work I think!
