Hi all

My 2015 V6S AWD infotainment screen suddenly stopped working on a drive out the other week.

The Vent controls still work and the screen is on but the Bluetooth, stereo and nav have stopped working. Everything else is fine from what I can see.

Any ideas about what could be the issue?

Any help is appreciated :D

Your screenshot shows the car is in valet mode where nav, phone and other features are unavailable.

DESELECTING VALET MODE

When you re-enter the vehicle, select Valet.
Enter your four digit PIN and touch the Ok button.

Valet mode deactivated is displayed to indicate that your PIN has been accepted.

The Luggage compartment will return to the previously set security requirement. The Touch screen will be enabled.

Good shout but I just checked and the glovebox opens and the car is not in valet mode.

The touchscreen works fine just not those 3 functions

Hi all

Does anyone have further thoughts on what the issue could be?

Couple of basic things to try. First is to charge the battery, as these systems are clever and will shut down non-essential functions to preserve the ability to start the engine. Second is to use the delete personal data option, as this might prompt the system to reload when the car is next switched on.

Thanks Mick - I will give both of those a go, n battery issues as it hasn't been to the stealer recently (last 4 times it was dead on my driveway the day after).

I wasn't sure if there might be a fuse on the Bluetooth or stereo system?

The relevant fuse might be the telematics one, as there's a control unit between the seats that handles a lot of the comms.
