Hi, first post so be gentle. My seat cover has pulled out from the plastic cover holding it in place on the side of the drivers seat. Is it just question on taking the cover off and pushing it all back into place and refitting the cover or is there a smarter way? Struggling. Thank you.
For me it was a case of taking to an independant car upholsterer and paying him £80 to push it back in.
He did mention that once out it might be more likely to pop out again, so now I do a sort of limbo movement to get in without touching it.
There is an option to have clips fitted when having it repositioned, but he warned that these might scratch the plastic... so we didn't bother.
