Sticky panoramic roof sunshade

Hi all my sunshade on the panoramic roof, is sticking quite badly when shut whilst starting the first part of the opening phase.
Once back it moves smoothly it’s just snagging at the beginning.
Can anyone suggest a way to free this up?.
Obviously not a WD40 like most! sticking situations.
Thanks for any advice.

Either graphite or silicone spray.
MY21 F-Type R P575 AWD Coupe. Portofino Blue, panoramic roof, exterior black design pack, climate pack, Meridian surround sound system, privacy glass.
