F-type facelift headlights low and high

Hi. Does anyone of you know what the different types of headlights in the f-type facelift are? I bought a damaged car from the USA and I need to buy European version headlamps, but high and low are available for sale. I don't know if they will fit my f-type.

By "facelift", do you mean the MY18 or the latest one with the "slit" type lights? Not sure what you mean by "high and low", though.
