Hi Everyone, I'm new here and just wondered if anyone could help me out.
I've bought an f type v6s and am picking it up on a trailer.
Rented a trailer but just having last minute doubts about whether it will fit on looking at measurements online.
Would anybody be able to confirm the width from the outside edge of one of the rear tyres to the outside ege of the other rear tyre please.
I think I've calculated it correctly using the track width online and adding in tyre width, I calculate 75.7 inch. This should equal the width of car minus the wing mirrors.
Thanks in advance

Andy

Hi Andy and welcome.

Just been out in the pouring rain to check for you and I get 75" so I reckon allowing for the darkness and speed of my check you're probably spot on!

My handbook lists the maximum track dimension (18" or 19" wheels) as 65". So factor in the width of one tyre (well, two halves, about 10") and you get your estimate.
