Afternoon,

Our family xtrail is at the end of it's lease. Mrs D would like an Epace.

Anyone got/had one? Care to give an opinion on it?

D

You could have a look round the E-Pace forums.

We have one on the drive. Very impressed with it. Faultless in first 5 months
We also have an Evoque not way higher spec., which is the same car really but in a different dress. Like for like the E Pace is more sporty of the 2 on suspension and steering.

I would argue the F Pace is a better car. Lighter, bigger on new chassis but my daughter wanted more compact

Piano roof and black roof set off the racing red paint nicely

Subtle enhancements to create the car I wanted from SVR nose cone, 400 series side skirts & customised 'design' rear bumper, to heated SVR steering wheel and more

Had one since March, done 15k miles in it. Got the HSE R Dynamic D180 AWD (caesium blue and black pack/wheels). Rides well, very comfortable, love the pano roof.

Have slept in the back of the car for a couple of nights, regularly transport a couple of pushbikes in the back. No problems other than a couple of squeaks and rattles - really love the car and good fuel economy (47mpg over 15k miles). Would happily have another one.

Excellent! Bikes deserve to be transported like people, not hung outside the vehicle. ;)

The one area the F-Type is lacking ... :(
But it's quick enough that you can transport the bike in several journeys! :D

I would take the new Evoque. E-Pace is far to heavy, or even a Velar.. The E-Pace as a model will fade soon.
