Yup, usually water ingress into the shark fin antenna, not uncommon.

So I finally got round to calling Jag on Tuesday to book car in next week.
Lo and behold, sat nav starts working correctly yesterday.
And still working today.

WTF.

Must be all the rain we've had, eh? ;)

I'll monitor for a few more days, and will probably cancel booking.

Taking it in today.

Sat nav has worked intermittently for the last week - it does seem to fail after we've had some biblical downpours.
My phone app still doesn't know where my car is.
I've had no further issues with audio system or reverse parking "bleeps" not sounding.

Same as my 400 last year then.

They have to do all the software updates first as they follow the troubleshooting guide for warranty claims (so you'll get v19a) and then mine worked for a few hours and then stopped again after one journey so it went back in and they changed the shark fin antenna.

No problems since. I would ask them to take it for a short drive to test it thoroughly after the software update to save a return trip.

Just had a call... they've confirmed faulty antenna.

I've asked them to ensure they apply the s/w upgrade too as I'd had the 2 issues with no audio & no reversing "bleeps".
I hope they remember to do it! ;)
