Saw this on the news this morning (inbetween Brexit farce!).

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-47564225

F-TYPE 2L Petrol is listed. Seems a bit like a mini VW scandal!

News item is a bit ambiguous.
Is it just limited to 2ltr models?

Also, Jag website has no details. Mmm.

VW group had millions recalled didn't they? Hence I worded it as 44k being mini in comparison.

There are few other articles but seems just 2L diesel and 2L petrol by the looks of it.

If we really cared about emissions would be driving F-Types? ;)

Not to happy about the 'physical alterations' part :
The repairs will be carried out for free and could include software updates or physical alterations. Some Range Rover Evoques will reportedly need new tyres.
I wonder how it will alter the driving experience…
Think I'll ignore it as long as I can

Is this a "UK" or "EU" wide recall ?

What if it kills the sound ? I know the difference in consumption in 'normal' and 'loud' mode... 25%..

Interesting with a 67 Evoque and 18 EPace on the drive
Will wait until I need new tyres based on this thread, but not sure I want low rolling resistance if it compromises grip
Let’s see what arrives in the post or more detail is released

I see campaign H185 - Engine system upgrade has been started for this. Has anyone any viability of what it includes?
