I have a question on the powered bootlid. I was told once when I closed it manually that I should use the button so as not to "Act against" the motor.
Is this correct ? Does opening/closing manually damage the bootlid motor ?

Not to my knowledge - closed mine manually a few times when the boot is full and I don't want the anti-trap to trip.

There doesn't seem to be anything to suggest it damaging the tailgate in the user manual:
After the tailgate has opened, it can be manually lowered. If the tailgate fails to open or close correctly, close it manually, then press the exterior release button (1) again.
