If you use the Search function, you will find lots of information on this.

Myself and Gibbo run ITG Maxogen washable foam filters, that's all that's needed for the scream.

Here's a taster:

Just seen a few of the videos, sounds good. Where would you recommend getting the ITG setup from?

I have custom alloy pipes that replace the whine inhibitor pipes and also a pair or ITG filters which make you able to hear the whine nicely, message me if you are interested

For clarity;
The OEM induction pipework used on the F-Type does not have any whine inhibitor properties whatsoever.

The 'inhibitors' that you mention are similar to silencer boxes in an exhaust system, and are designed to merely absorb low frequency induction roar.

The lack of whine from a standard F-Type setup is down to the type of SC used and the OEM airboxes.
This is the same for any AJ engined car i.e. XFRS etc.

The induction pipework in alloy do look a lot better than OEM though.

Hi Tel

So to clarify, the only real way to enhance the supercharger whine is to modify / replace the oem air boxes?

In a nutshell, yes. Replace them ITG cones and you're good to go.

FWIW: The SVR GT4 F-Type race cars keep the stock pipework and only replace the filters before the MAF. They whine like a good'un, just search Invictus Games F-Type on Youtoob!
