Please don't "upgrade" this forum to be like the i-Pace one. It's a fine example of style over content - horrible. I'm never going there again! (off to be sick)

Don't worry.
When the changes were announced elsewhere I was advised that the F-Type forum is staying as it is.

We are a 2 Jag family so I am on the Ipace forum as well.

When did that change. I’m sure I was on it yesterday?

It happened last night, I think, it was read-only in the evening. There was a thread announcing it.

This forum won’t be changing but I think you’ll get used to the new layout over there. I am not associated with it anymore but I do think it works well.

It's the same format as the Evoque Owners Club which I used for two years whilst I had one.
I believe there are several members here who are on there as well as one other member here who is a mod over there.
https://www.evoqueownersclub.co.uk/forums/
Like a lot of things it will seem a bit weird at first but it's quite easy to get used to.
It also has an ability to like/unlike each other's posts.
Not sure how that would work if it was available on here though........................

They did the same on the TT owners forum. They weren't happy!!
But as Phil says, you get used to it pretty quickly. Companies that run a lot of forums like this will want to have them all on the same software version just for ease of maintenance. It's probably inevitable that it will change at some point.

I hated the new Evoque forum when it changed but quickly got used to it. Can't even remember what it was like before now but that's maybe an age thing :D
