Any ideas Map?

My car tells me there is an update to my Sat nav I need to download. The Web site also shows a Map.

But whenever I try to download the update using the Map downloader tool I get the following.

" map is not available go to web portal and choose and download products and updates"

I have been trying for a while with no success. Could anyone help?

The update showing is 80.030.0127.0153

This is a new version but I can't even get the site to start downloading to a USB stick. I have tried both the one year and three year versions but both do the same. I have a subscription until 2024 as the car is MY 2021.

Yep, got the same thing this morning when i tried. I have sent an E mail to Jag CRC to point this out but no reply as yet

JagCRC sorted it, now update working.
