I've booked an Airbnb nearby for the Friday night so might miss out on the convoys but looking forward to seeing all the cars and meeting more of you there!

Sounds like a plan - I will try and join!

Doesn't it start at 10am though and this would make us super early? Gotta sell an early start to the better half you see

Just checked Google maps - 64 miles from Beaconsfield services to museum - so about half an hour’s drive for those with a V8… ;)

Actually website says it starts 9.30am and to arrive by 10am to guarantee a display place so meeting at 8.15am with aim of setting off by 8.30am makes sense (if you can be bothered with the slightly early start)
I am bringing my teenage daughter with me so might struggle to persuade her that an early start is a good idea!

Travelling from Herts but aiming to arrive by 09.30 as need to leave by 10.30 for another gathering (people not cars). Hoping for some good photos of my R in a sea of F Types and a breakfast roll.
Shame it's a fleeting visit but sort of on the way to the other event and an hour is probably all my wife will want to stand in the cold for.

This makes sense - will drag the other half out of bed in good time then haha

Caught up in family plans elsewhere for the day, but would be ok for breakfast at Beaconsfield and can be there by 8.00. I'll park in an area that we can stack the cars up in if this is a popular idea.

My previous meet up used the first set of parking bays on the right as you enter the services
