Hi All,

I've had my F Type R for a little while now and it has been a joy to own thus far.

I recently had an engine systems fault notification on the dash (Amber warning triangle), but no EML was present.

I scanned the code which related to the oxygen sensor on bank 1, sensor 2 and the cats being below efficiency. Codes P013E-00 and P0420-00.

I've changed the oxygen sensor but for some reason mine and my mechanics code reader can no longer pick up the fault code but the engine systems warning light persists!

The car runs and drives completely fine.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Thank you

I have just scanned again and there a no fault codes but the engine systems fault message is still there. Is this normal?

There is a specific procedure for clearing fault codes with regards to ignition cycling. It may also take a couple of drive cycles to clear

I’ve driven it a fair bit and the light is coming and going intermittently but is no longer logging any fault codes

What do you think is best to do next?
