Colour of strip (slim panel) on the top of each door

My car - F Type Coupe P300 (Regd Sept 2020) in Eiger Grey
The slim horizontal panel on the top of the passenger door has suffered a stone chip.
It is a darker grey than the car, but what colour grey.
I have emailed Marshall’s at Leicester where I purchased the car from when it was under the Sturgess franchise but I have not had the favour of a reply, and the same with Inchcape Jaguar Derby who have also not bothered to reply as to the colour ( will not purchase my next Jaguar from either with such an attitude)
Does anyone have any idea as to how I can identify a colour match
