Sat Nav Voice Guidance

Does anyone know how to turn off voice guidance on a 2018 model F Type?

I've looked at every option and cannot see how it can be turned off.

IIRC, the volume levels are independent for radio/media, satnav, phone and parking sensors.

IIRC there's a rather obvious mute feature in the satnav main menu. Can't remember now exactly how it looks but I've muted my satnav loads of times and never done it by turning down the volume.

There is indeed. This function is only available when the satnav is "active" - e.g. there is route guidance in operation.
