The Duke's Pass in Stirling. The problem is that a lot of the "interesting" roads in England have 50 limits or cameras.

A507 from Milton Keynes to Bishops Stortford can be fun at the right time of day ...

North Wales has lots to offer
Storm Grey V6 coupe, fun, fast, popping and crackling with smiles all the way ... missed more than I expected!
1998 NSX 3.2 Targa manual
C43 AMG estate, lots of toys, like the F-Type but with 4 seats and far more stealthy but still with pops and crackles!

The A686 from Hexham through Alston to the top of Hartside then back down to Melmerby gets my vote. Watch out for the crazy bikers though.
The photo was taken at the top of Hartside looking west towards the Lake District.
