Does 0-60 in 3.7 now (R) however Matt is incorrect when claiming the previous R did it in 4.2
I find that the rear badging placement is very high and way too close to the lights. Looks akward.

Best video so far.

Not to keen on those front headlights.....looks a bit Audi to me.

Have to say, my 2016 V6 S Coupe 380PS doesn't look dated at all compared to this :-)

Interesting that the R now has 575ps the same as the current SVR. I wonder what the new SVR will have then. Presumably more!

No V6 or straight 6 or hybrid 6...... yet....

First impressions for me is that they’ve ruined it. The front end makes it looks like a generic German/Japanese sports car. Could be an Audi or a Mazda to me. Let’s give it 6 months and see if our cars either look like classics or look really soft by comparison.

At least they didn't destroy the sound as much as they do in the new AMG's, it sounds like the 2019 V8.

Definitely not as beautiful as either 1st gen or the 2017 facelift that I have. IMHO.

As others have said... very Audi / Masda.

I do however like the front grill, but don't like the slitty headlights... even though they're matrix LEDs like my old TTS.

Even the digital dash is a bit "meh". There's something about having analogue dials that I really like. 😁

Having said all this... it would be interesting to see it in the flesh next to an older model.

The flagship is the R AWD, there will be no SVR.

I am not all negative:

- airvents make bonnet better looking;
- blackpack with black leaper;
- sleek eyes make it look wider and meaner from the front..

Below, with a stupid remark from Captain slow..

No SVR - of course there will in a year or so. Jaguar cannot miss a halo model on their most sporty car..

Lights - as others have said the jury is out. Reminds me of XF when original model had twin ‘bump’ headlights to connect to earlier S models. In the facelift it went slit eyed and now looks way better than the dated original XF

I’ll go look in a showroom and see but for me close enough that nobody except owners will know
