[thanks I’ll call them today, is it possible to stream music wirelessly? Or do I need a dongle?

Yes. I have the same unit as yours. I listen to music via amazon music app with phone connected on Bluetooth.

I listen to music (occasionally!) from a USB stick loaded with my ripped CDs.

Just connect your phone via the cars Bluetooth connection and any music on your phone will be available.

Or connect a music player via the USB.

You only need a wifi dongle if you want wireless CarPlay connection but your car doesn’t have CarPlay so irrelevant.
