Code Reader in Scotland

Anyone in the West Lothian (Livingston) or Borders (Peebles) area with a code reader to give my car a quick scan?
Recent dealer scan showed some potential O2 sensor issues and has now thrown CEL which I'd like to confirm is related.
I Don't want to head to Edinburgh service just yet as they had it a couple weeks ago for the exhaust valve and extended warranty declined to pay for it. Now wrangling with the supplying dealer as it should not have been sold faulty. It costs me shed-loads in taxis every time I take it there.
